I Can Still Hear You Fart Even Though The Bathroom Door Is Closed.

SEE I KNEW YOU'D LAUGH AT THE TITLE COURT. Now don't be mad. I mean maybe you shouldn't take pictures of you with your High School Musical collages in the background...

.....So what are you doing with a water bottle that 'serious sports people' use?

Anyway.. this brilliant stream of consciousness was only made known to me (since Quinn probably doesn't know how to use reply all), and everyone needs a little expansion of thought. I mean, Dostoyevsky made SOC all the rage back in the 19th century. Q, the modern day D? That's what you should just tell Dad the next time he gives you the why-don't-you-think-before-you-speak look...

Chewy stops the chatter and Dear Diary...

Dear Diary...

Is actually the name of my newest fingernail polish colour. [hello Sephora by OPI "Dear Diary" nail colour] And! It's the way I'm going to magically transition into introducing two of my favorite and yours soon to be favorite things!

[It's too late for me to try and convince Quinn that Twitter is an online lock box diary...]

AND BEST OF ALL!                       http://www.twitter.com/thefourhearts

Currently, of course, I am the only one updating and "twitting." But hopefully that trend will end faster than socks with sandals... bad example I think. But thanks to all our followers so far! It's a record!

So since I woke up basically at 6pm today (my excuse: I woke up around lunch to seeing the whole world in an optical illusion/starry night/the right corner of my vision was blacked out and I was told from experienced migrainers that this was the precursing symptom- so I passed out for 5 hours), I will be up for a while.

But that leaves me an ample amount of time for my nails to dry to perfection and for me to enjoy my wonderfully tasteful pomegranate and cherry flavored yogurt, that I scooped all the gross fruit pre-packaged inside, and mixed with almond granola, fresh blueberries, mashed up cinnamon Life cereal chex, and a seasoning of brown sugar and finely chopped walnuts. I shall enjoy my amazing parfait along side the viewing pleasure of Role Models, Paul Rudd=love. Go see I Love You, Man.

             Totes macgotes.

Trippin' like an O.G. suitcase

That last entry was mad trippin' on itself. I tried to read the html coding to figure it out, but I ain't no MySpace-graphic-designer-head-of-my-own-channel-called-Impact, so I gave up.

And not I'm throwing up the white flag either.

Just you wait... coming up next is Kelly's greatest success. What that is ... it's so great, even I don't know...

peace, love and statistics final!! Wee!!!

the Kelly update!

So I'm hip hoppin on some meds because I was diagnostrilled with the flu and strep throat. However, Quinn likes to tell people that I'm faking being sick so that I can watch Skins online. Yep. I would definitely try to do that just so I can watch an episode of online television. Anyway, so while I've been chomping down on fruit and double fisting water and tea, I've been not so secretly wishing I had one of those medicine tablet boxes because I'm taking three different meds and lactaid pills daily. Maybe not so much for the latter. Maybe just in case I accidentally drink reduced milk or ingest an ice cream cone with ice cream.

Fast forward two hours later....

And I'm wishing I was prescribed more "Jake and Amir." I've watched more than a healthy share of their original videos on College Humor and am starting to get this familiar feeling that they might be the male version of Kelly and Quinn. But thazz just me. It might be a mild combination of both but ultimately I think its obvious who is who. I will even backtrack into my guh-mail Sent box and show the link to the video I sent Courtney...

Anywho-ha-rah, this level of procrastination can only mean one thing- Stats final tomorrow morning. Better go change my sheets (apparently it smells like sickness/strep throat/the flu/old cough drops), paint my nails (dress for success), re-organize my desk, alphabetize my book collection, and then do some studying.

But alas, before I fare thee well- I made a note some while back to juxtapose these two vids:

UGh, someone higher up than YouTube has foiled my plan. You must click that link below. I know, takes a lot of effort...and I'm not being sarcastic (for once).

I has the flu

Hello all. It's been a long time (since I've rock and rolled, it's been a long time since I did the stroll).

Yep. So I tend to speak, think, and eat lyrics, quotes, phrases; which leads me to the next installment of cool new things! I have found my new boyfriend (sorry Jason) via youtube!

Everything and anything I could ever ask for:

1. Freddie25 sings about 30 seconds of a song before moving on to the next
Why he is perfect for Kelly: I tend to sometimes listen to short snippets of songs not because I don't like them, its because I love songs and I want to listen to as many as I can

2. Freddie 25 sings the Power Rangers theme song, Queen, and Tenacious D (amongst several others, 32 to be exact)
Why he is perfect for Kelly: I love those songs/his weird accent/his voice

3. Freddie25 plays the guitar like a guitar God sent from acoustic heaven.
Why he is perfect for Kelly: I was fascinated at how he seamlessly went through song by song, and either he's extremely good at transitioning or I'm hopped up on too many medications and was just absolutely enthralled with the video

Sigh. I think I'm going to go watch/listen to my new favorite video/song. I'm going to try and update more often. I know, I know easier said than done. Boo. Love me.

I put the cras(s) in procrastination

Tonight at dinner:

Quinn says: "Aasdkfalkdfjakd weirouw. I'm going to make cookies tonight, so I can be normal again."

Kelly says (with complete sincerity): "Oh yay, yummy. What kind of cookies are you going to make?"

Quinn says: "...."

Quinn says: "Brown rice, lots of oils, and Chinese food."

[All the food I'm either allergic to or basically cannot eat]

3 seconds later...
Quinn says: "Dad is that a tamagotchi you're wearing on your head?"

So I hope you enjoyed my little pseudo iChat box conversation I made, because it's never happening again. On with the show! There is this one website of sassy, frassy New York girls who run the now converted online MISSBEHAVE Magazine (RIP print journalism) and also have a fun blog that I frequent quite a lot. Ch-ch-check it outtttttt, I promise at least something on it will be worth your while. Point being I found this link from their blog to this pictorial amazingness:

In essence... it's like Lolcat (icanhascheeseburger) had a baby with Ryan Gosling's hotness. The best part, aside from it being Ryan Gosling, is the name of the blog- "Fuck Yeah! Ryan Gosling" Hahahah, aah. I just loled.

And here's a little oldie but goodie story:

Setting: our Orthodontist's office
Starring in order of appearance not importance in life: Quinn and Kelly

[the ortho office music selection is playing Louie Armstrong "What a Wonderful World"]

Quinn: "Isn't this Christmas music?"

Kelly: "Umm no, not really...it's Louie Armstrong. Pioneer of jazz and the trumpet, he..."

Quinn: "Oh the one that rides the bike."

End scene. (For those who don't speak Quinnglish, she was referring to Lance Armstrong)

                      well....

                                                peace, love and ROYGBIV

"that's why I'm easy, I'm easy like Sunday morning..."

oh hey  oh!

Just how it's nice to start off a Sunday morning with a nice, hot cup of tea, I believe it's great to start off an entry with a nice, loving photo.

Which brings me to this awesome (free) program called Poladriod that converts any picture into -see above-
Oh the days of pointless polariods are back! I used to waste sooo many pictures on what I thought were epic shots when I was little. At the same time though, I have to admit some of the funniest pictures are captured by polariods. One of my favorites is when 3 year old Quinn put on this one piece racerback swimsuit on backwards and she thought that was the right way to wear it. Oh, some things never change...

So point #2- I've been listening to Lionel Richie's "Easy Like Sunday Morning" for what I thought my morning was (noon to 2pm) and I've decided that I am openly obsessed with songs that literally apply to a situation or time. Or maybe, I have this weird adoration for Sunday morning.

And whilst compiling a playlist for "A&K Will Make Your Day" I stumbled upon more music by Norwegian Recycling. That guy's mashups are really catchy, contagiously danceable, and just all together down right fun. Embrace the silliness. (that really reads at sillyness but apparently that is not a word)

Ah, and the funny award goes to Friday night's movie date.
I went up to LA to see "The Unborn" (Court did the design for that page, I'm so great with hyperlinking!) with Jason, (or Jashun as my sisters like to call him, which isn't that funny anymore), and the sound was noticeably lagging in the beginning. So the first like "scary scene" was when the main girl was in the woods running by herself and she finds this glove and she turns around and that freaky little boy is standing there. So then five seconds later, you heard the suspenseful like "boom" and then, all of a sudden, probably from being shocked at the sound lag- this guy in the back farts rather loudly. I had to think of something scary to keep from laughing for the next 10 minutes.

now the Sunday Recap:

Sunday morning song: Lionel Richie "Easy Like Sunday Morning"
Sunday dance songs: Norwegian Recycling "Mashups in Heaven"
Sunday favorite program: Poladriod
Sunday funny story: The (Un)born fart

I am off to find a cot! Slumber party at Taryn's tomorrow night; I know she is sooo excited to see me twice a week and now at work at MTV! Muahahah

  peace, love and pretty pictures

MONDAY FUNDAY! BRINGS TO YOU... American Mouths Giving You Hell Chasing Sleepyheads in Love

For the first time ever the four hearts share with you their songs of the day!!

Courtney:

And I dedicate this remix of the All American Rejects Gives You Hell to her, courtesy of  Pretty Much Amazing!, because I've probably heard the original version of this song 100 times now on repeat driving home with her over the holidays:

Taryn:

After hearing her song for the first time on vacation, in a random coffee shop, in the forest, over the summer, and then making a mental note vowing I would learn to sing it, I forgot and never heard it again. UNTIL I was at Home Depot over the weekend looking for a new door knob. RANDOM. Itunes has sickly reminded me that I've already played it 25 times today. Sang it probably twice as many times, and NO ONE will ever hear me sing it, unless my mom bribes or guilts me into it.

Kelly:

DJ KELS! This remix is dedicated to you via CHECK THE AVAILABILITY:

Quinn:

I'm not sure what I heard more of over the holidays at home, Quinn practicing her Hamlet monologue, or her singing this song. Jordan Pruitt ain't got nothin' on you girl!!

love, hugs, and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies hot from my oven!!
